The clothes make the boy

Erik was experimenting this morning. He thought he might dress up for the BBQ/baby shower we're hosting this evening.


Erik has been up to some fun new tricks this week. On Saturday, while Joe's parents were here, Erik said, "Grampa", clear as day. Then Monday he said, "cheetah" and Tuesday he said, "oval". Not the most useful words in daily communication but it's fun to hear him imitating so many words. He was at our neighbor's house on Monday and she said he put his head down and did a somersault out of the blue. Then, when they were outside he saw Gavin's scooter laying on the ground. Michelle said Erik picked it up, put one foot on it and started scooting! Wow!
