Playing at piano lessons

Erik likes to have his piano lesson first and then go outside and play in the teacher's yard.  A couple weeks ago I tried to capture some of the play he does.  It was pretty hard to get the action, but these might give you an idea.  Clearly he is battling someone. 

Spring Soccer

Erik is signed up for spring/summer soccer.  There was an informational meeting last month and he was really excited to go.  So excited that he put on his Catania jersey and styled his hair.  The meeting was a disappointment, just adults talking, no kid action.

Rejoys! ...er, Rejoice!

Erik had a hard time waiting for the rest of his family to wake up yesterday.  One of the ways he passed the time was by making this sign.  He got out his Bible and copied the verse.  I'm not sure about that citation, but we can work on that when he gets older.  He brought it to church and gave it to the Children, Youth and Families leader.  I'm glad Joe thought to take a picture before church.  I love the pictoral flow chart at the bottom.
